How to Login

When you have received your card in the mail, the very first thing you should do is activate your card so you can easily manage your account online. Logging in enables you to:

  • View and print your billing statements
  • Pay your bills online
  • Update your account information

The first thing you should do is register your credit card online by doing the following:

  1. Go to this link:https://d.comenity.net/davidsbridal/public/onlineaccess/SignUp.xhtml
  2. You will be asked whether or not you know your card account number. Click YES if you do, and NO, if you don’t.account number
  3. If you click YES, you will be asked to input your credit card account number and a form of identity verification. Select your preferred form of verification and enter the details needed. Click CONTINUE to proceed.CONTINUE
  4. If you don’t have your credit card account number, click NO when asked if you know your credit account number. You will be asked to provide your Social Security Number, or an alternate form of ID. Then enter your name, date of birth and zip code. Click CONTINUEcontinue
  5. Follow the steps provided in order to complete your card registration

Once you have successfully registered your card, you may now log in to your account. On the side bar to the left, enter your username and password on the box at the upper left. Click Sign In to proceed.

In case you have forgotten your username and/or password, click “Forgot your user name and or password?” just right about the Sign In button.

You will be asked to enter the primary cardholder information associated with your account to find your username and/or reset your password. Enter your account username or number, a form of your identification and your zip/postal code. Click continue to proceed and follow the steps provided next.

Pay your bills

Owning a credit card also means owning a responsibility, one of which is paying your credit card bill. There are a couple ways to do this. Fortunately, one of the things you can do when you log in to your account is pay your bills online.
