Once you have registered and activated your card, you can now start paying your bill through online. Here are the steps to follow:
You will see your account summary, which includes the current balance, payment due date, last statement balance, and minimum payment due.
You can also do payments using the Citi Mobile App. After your have downloaded on your mobile phone the Citi Online for Small Business App, sign in with your user ID and password. This would take you to your Account Info page showing all your link accounts. If you are a first time user, you need to register and activate your new card first. To register just go to this link: https://online.citibank.com/US/JSO/signon/CBOLSessionRecovery.do and click the “Register” box. You will be directed to another page where you will provide your account information. Toggle on the drop down menu of the “Select Account” box and choose from the list “CitiBusiness Credit Card”, then click Verify and Continue.
This would take you to another page wherein you need to provide your account information.
After registration, you need to activate your account through this link: https://online.citi.com/US/CBOL/sec/secgat/flow.action?siteId=AC&locale=en_US. You’ll be asked to enter your credit card information: credit card number, name, security code, last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN), and date of birth. If you are an Authorized User for this credit card account, you will need to have the Primary Cardmember’s date of birth and the last 4 digits of their SSN. If they don’t have an SSN, you will need their billing address zip code. After double-checking all the information you have typed in, click “Activate”.
